Policy

Reverso Pumps warrants all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of purchase appearing on the invoice. If the product is determined to be repairable and is within the limited warranty, Reverso Pumps will repair or replace parts with new and/or serviceable parts.

Defective products can be returned at customers' expense to Reverso Pumps after being issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please include RMA number on the return packaging. An unauthorized return (one for which an RMA number has not been issued) will be returned to you at your expense. Replacement or repaired products, which qualify for warranty, will be sent at Reverso’s expense.

The warranty does not apply to any part of the product that has been altered, neglected, improperly installed, or misused in any way that affects the reliability, as determined by Reverso Pumps. For example, Reverso Pumps warranty will not apply to products that have been submerged underwater or if aftermarket, non-Reverso impellers or other parts have been installed.

Parts subject to normal wear and tear are excluded (to include fuses, filter elements, o-rings, gaskets, switches, impellers, etc). Impellers are installed in the impeller pumps OP-4, OP-6, and the oil change system OP-700 Series.

In any event, Reverso Pumps liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product. Reverso Pumps reserves the right to modify its warranty policy at any time, at its sole discretion.

Reverso Pumps offers an extended warranty plan. Please contact a sales representative for details.

Please complete the form below to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) if either of the following reasons:

  • Return unused product (restocking fee applies)
  • Warranty evaluation
  • Repair

Reverso will respond with RMA number and instructions for return. All returns subject to inspection.
